Pacific Landscape Management is Hiring a Branch Manager Near Hillsboro, OR

This is a test description.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help employees however necessary to facilitate a smooth workflow
  • On-board new crew members and foreman
  • Update contact changes in Aspire
  • Process expense reports
  • Send posted receipts/invoices to corporate and other forms, such returned applications, requests of PTO, & time sheets from mechanics
  • Create/Manage reports: weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Manage uniform inventory
  • Complete fuel consumption logs
  • Create, send, and save budget letters
  • Create renewal contracts in Aspire
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries as requested
  • Manage month-end tickets – work with account managers to close/cancel/move open tickets
  • Email optional service reminders (flowers, bark, and aeration)
  • Gather and process opportunities- win, print proposal, bid sheet and other supporting documentation
  • Manage current projects on completion- equipment allocation, invoice coding, ticket management, following up on lien releases
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned- included but not limited to:
    • Signage for facilities
    • Tags for spray equipment
    • Updating picture on the wall for Account of the Month and Employee of the Month
    • Assistance with printing maps & Documents

Qualifications:

  • Two plus years’ administrative experience
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally (both in verbal and written form) with employees, management, customers, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Must be reliable
  • Must be able to learn software systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Accounting experience or education is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Other:

  • Valid Driver License with approved acceptable driving record and current automobile insurance
  • Employee must pass criminal background and drug screening testing at hire
  • This position covers three locations in WA so the ability to travel to each location is crucial to success in the role.
